Is this Tour Suitable for all ages, how fit do I need to be, can I just be a spectator?

As you see from the pictures you can either climb the falls if you are willing or able, or walk along the side where there is a viewing gallery, the various stages of the waterfall pools can be accessed from any of the landings. You may enter or leave at any of the stages and it's quite a spectacle to just people watch.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We want you to be complete comfortable knowing that we will refund if for any reason that is beyond your control that you can not do the tour i.e.. ship not coming in or some kind of medical condition. You may also cancel the tour for any reason if you give us 48hrs notice.

Where do you meet us at the port and at what time?

You will receive confirmation within 24 hours of your reservation detailing meeting place and time of tour. We adjust tour times depending on arrival times of ships. If a ship is late then we will adjust the tour time accordingly. Our tour guide meets you after you walk of the ship at the cruise terminal.  It is a small area and very easy to find him.

What will I need to bring, and are my valuables safe?

If climbing on the waterfall you will need waterproof shoes or trainers/sneakers you don't mind getting wet are fine. Suntan lotion, a hat and maybe a towel are also recommended. The bus will be locked so you can leave valuables there.

How long do we spend at the falls?

We are not "clock watches " and the most important thing is for you to be able to relax and enjoy your day usually a group will spend about 2hrs at the falls, climbing, swimming, people watching etc.

Is the lunch really all inclusive, will I need to pay for anything and is it suitable for vegetarians?

You can stay at the restaurant as long as you like. Alcoholic beverages such as beer, wine, soft drinks, etc. are included in the tour at no addition cost, you may have as much food and drink as you like. Much of the fare is suitable for vegetarians.

How do we get back from the restaurant?

We will give you a map detailing the route back from the restaurant to the cruise terminal. Our guide will also be happy to give you a lift back at a prescribed time if you wish.

Are gratuities included in the tour?

Good service in this industry is usually rewarded and our guides will go out of there way to make sure you have a good time. Gratuities are not included in the tour but always appreciated.
